On Friday the 9th of May, Minister Helen McEntee visited our school. The student council welcomed the Minister on her arrival and guided the Minister to the School Completion classroom to speak with children who have benefited from the School Completion Project. The Minister then met with the School Completion Management Committee where she heard how well the programme is working and about the challenges faced within the community. The Minister then visited the school hall where the children from 1st class to 6th class were there to greet her and the whole school sung our Diversity song that the children had written themselves. 4 children then asked the Minister some questions. It was a wonderful day for our school.
