School presents cheque to Meath Diocese for school in Myanmar

Pupils presenting a cheque

Well done to the pupils of 6th Class who raised a total of €420 in their Cake Sale last week. The money will go towards the upkeep of our twin school in Myanmar, the Htee Wah Doh School for Migrants from Thailand.

Thank you to all families who made cakes and who gave money to the pupils to spend at the cake sale.

Ms Brigid Weir from the Bishop's office came to our school last Friday and we presented the cheque to her. She spoke to the pupils at the Senior Assembly and thanked them all for their efforts.
